Refund and Return
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Unfortunately we do not accept returns for change of mind or sale items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, in the paper wrapping and in its original packaging and box it was sent in . You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item. Unfortunately shipping costs are non refundable. If your item is returned outside of this time frame, used or not in the correct packaging unfortunately your order will not be processed, nor will it be returned to the sender unless another payment for postage is made.
